Home visits and property inspections consulation

Hello my name is Helen Ivison and I am a Senior Neighbourhood Manager. I would love you to join me for a chat around home visits and property inspections. I have created some documents around safe procedures and risk assessments that I would like my colleagues to follow when carrying out home visits and property inspections and I would like to discuss your views on these from a customers point of view; what would you be comfortable with in various circumstances in your home? The meeting will take place on Thursday 2nd July at 2pm using Microsoft TEAMS. I will present some ideas to you and then we can have a chat about your thoughts. As the meeting will take place on Microsoft TEAMS you can join on a laptop, tablet or mobile phone or just take part over the telephone (don’t worry if you haven’t used this before, it is really easy to use and the Customer Engagement Team will support you to take part.)
