My housing services co-ordinator

Your housing services co-ordinator covers a specific area which they know well and they regularly visit estates making it easy for you to contact them if you have a concern about your tenancy or neighbourhood.

They can help you deal with problems or get in touch with other people who can help.

You can meet your housing services co-ordinator on one of their regular walkabouts on your estate.

If you live in supported housing, you'll have a living well co-ordinator. They have the same responsibilities as a housing services co-ordinator but also offer additional support to customers living in in extra care, sheltered or complex needs housing.
