Calls to our touchpoint service centre

Our touchpoint service centre is open for calls to 0300 111 1000:

• Saturday 17 September, 9 am to 3 pm
• Sunday 18 September, closed
• Monday 19 September, closed (bank holiday)
• Tuesday 20 September, 8 am to 7 pm

Remember we may be busier than usual on Tuesday 20 September when we reopen at 8 am. If your call is not an emergency, why not call later in the week when lines may not be as busy.

Emergency repairs

If you need an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 111 1000. If it's over the bank holiday, don't worry, you'll get through to a colleague from our out-of-hours team. Don't forget you can book a routine repair through My Thirteen too.
