Calls to our customer service centre

Our customer service centre is open for calls to 0300 111 1000:

• Saturday 25 May, 9am to 3pm
• Sunday 26 May, closed
• Monday 27 May, closed (bank holiday)
• Tuesday 28 May, 8am to 7pm

Remember we may be busier than usual on Tuesday 28 May when we reopen at 8am.  If your call is not an emergency, why not call later in the week when lines may not be as busy.

Emergency repairs

If you need an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 111 1000. If it’s over the bank holiday weekend don’t worry, you’ll get through to a colleague from our out of hours team.
