Calls to our touchpoint service centre

Our touchpoint service centre is open for calls to 0300 111 1000:

• Friday 29 April, 8am to 7pm
• Saturday 30 April, 9am to 3pm
• Sunday 1 May, closed
• Monday 2 May, closed (bank holiday)
• Tuesday 3 May, 8am to 7pm

Remember we may be busier than usual on Tuesday 3 May when we reopen at 8am.  If your call is not an emergency, why not call later in the week when lines may not be as busy.

Our Stockton touchpoint store opening hours over the bank holiday are:

• Saturday 30 April, 9:30am to 2:30pm
• Sunday 1 May, closed
• Monday 2 May, closed (bank holiday)
• Tuesday 3 May, 9am to 5pm

Our Hull touchpoint store opening hours over the bank holiday are:

• Friday 29 April, 9:30am to 2:30pm
• Saturday 30 April, 9:30am to 2:30pm
• Sunday 1 May, closed
• Monday 2 May, closed (bank holiday)
• Tuesday 3 May, 9:30am to 2:30pm

Emergency repairs

If you need an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 111 1000. If it’s over the bank holiday weekend don’t worry, you’ll get through to a colleague from our out of hours team.

Don’t forget you can book a routine repair through My Thirteen too.
