Now open on Saturdays!

You can now get in touch with us online or over the phone on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm, or pop in to see us in our Hull and Stockton stores from 9.30am to 2.30pm. 

By extending our opening hours, we hope to create a better experience for customers who find it more convenient to speak to us during weekends.  

We’ve always offered a 24/7 service to support customers with emergencies outside of our weekday opening hours, but now you can speak to us on Saturdays to pay your rent, book a repair or get some help and advice too. 

You can get in touch with us from Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 3pm. 

To save time, you might find it quicker to: 

• Use My Thirteen to book non-emergency repairs, check your rent balance and make a payment 24/7. Pop into store or ask your housing services coordinator and we’ll show you how!

• Contact us later in the week if your situation is not an emergency as Mondays are usually our busiest day
