Riot compensation scheme [Archived]
Information has been published by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland about the Riot Compensation Scheme, which has been set up to support those affected by damage or loss of property in the recent disorder in Middlesbrough and Hartlepool.

The information page contains further guidance on the process and a claims form.
To make a claim, it must be in relation to one of the areas affected by recent disorder:
- Hartlepool on 31 July 2024
- Middlesbrough on 4 August 2024
Residents have until 23:55 on Friday 11 October to submit their claim.
