We’re working closely with partner organisations. This afternoon, we took the decision to temporarily close our Stockton touchpoint store, as a precaution, and some of our services were disrupted over the weekend.

Dividing communities, destroying property and violence of any kind, is the opposite of what we, and the communities we are proud to support, stand for. Thirteen works tirelessly to ensure our customers feel safe and secure in their homes.

We’ve continued to work closely with partner organisations to co-ordinate support to those affected. This includes clearing up damage and mess caused by others. 

In spite of recent events, Thirteen remains more committed than ever to working with our thriving local communities and our customers to ensure these communities recover quickly and put this unrest behind us.
