The new way to pay rent and other charges [Archived]

We’ve made further improvements to the services that we provide for our customers. From today (Monday 1 July) we've switched from Allpay to PayPoint as our payment services provider. If you’re a Thirteen customer, you will have received a letter to tell you about the changes.

What choice does this offer you?

The move to PayPoint offers you an improved payment choice – with access to a new payment app and an enhanced payment experience.

Pay in person

If you currently pay your rent or other charges in person, you can still do this. You need to use a PayPoint location. You can't make a payment at the Post Office as this isn’t covered by PayPoint.

We’ve issued a new payment card to customers who already choose to pay in this way.

Paying by Direct Debit

If you pay by Direct Debit, you don’t need to do anything. We’ve taken care of everything. However, the payment will look different on your bank statement. It will show a payment has been made to PayPoint.

If you don’t already pay by Direct Debit, you can make the change today – it’s the easiest, safest and most convenient way to pay. Just call us on 0300 111 1000.

Our payment app

You can download our payment app to your smart phone or tablet. Just search for Thirteen Payments in the app store.

The app is another great way to pay - it means you can make a payment, anytime, anywhere.

Pay by phone or online

You can still make a payment by phone using either a debit or credit card. You can call our colleagues in our customer services team on 0300 111 1000 or use PayPoint’s 24-hour payment line 0330 390 2274.

You’ll can also make payments online on our dedicated payments website https://thirteenpayments.paypoint.com/Home

We’re here to help you, however you choose to pay. Please always stay on track with your payments. If you’re struggling, please get in touch.
