We have paused requests for cost-of-living vouchers

We have paused requests from customers for help with cost-of-living vouchers. This is due to extremely high levels of demand.

We are committed to supporting customers through the cost-of-living crisis. As part of this support, vouchers were available to customers struggling to pay for everyday items.  

These vouchers were to help pay for things such as food and energy. We are pleased that we have been able to help in this way. But we need to pause requests for these vouchers.  

Customers who needed financial support were to be referred to the vouchers by our housing services coordinators and tenancy support team. 

We are aware of unofficial social media posts circulating, which have promoted vouchers being available to Thirteen customers. We have received a huge response from customers about the vouchers.  

If you called us after this time, we are sorry that we are unable to help. 

If you are struggling financially with the cost-of-living crisis and being able to pay for everyday items, there is other help available to you.
