Coming soon! our brand-new Hartlepool store

We’ve listened to our customers, and we know how important face-to-face contact is for them. So we’re looking forward to welcoming customers and the local community to the new store.

While these plans are underway and as we begin to transform our store, located in the Middleton Grange Shopping Centre. Customers can continue to visit our temporary popup located opposite Boots and Sports Direct. 

Customers will be able to visit our store to speak to our knowledgeable team about lots of things, including:

• Existing tenancies 
• Reporting repairs
• Finding a new home to rent or buy
• Employment support – from finding a job to training opportunities
• Getting support.

We’ll be sharing lots of updates directly to customers, on social media and on our website over the coming months, to ensure that customers are kept up to date in the run up to the official opening.
