Take a look at our new development strategy

As part of this, we're launching a new development strategy, which we're delighted to share with you.

As you know, the UK is experiencing a housing crisis. According to the latest  figures released last month, more than 12,000 social homes were lost in the UK last year, compared to 177,000 in the past ten years. 

While many things can be done to help fix the crisis, the role of housing associations is fundamental in addressing the shortage we see across the country.

One of the ways Thirteen will support local authorities, housebuilders, and Homes England to do this is by doing our bit to deliver fantastic new homes that will provide stability and security for some of the most vulnerable people in society.

Our new development strategy outlines our ambition to increase the housing supply across our operating areas, ensuring we meet the local housing needs of the people and families who need us.
