Thirteen opens its new store in Hull

Thirteen’s customers and members of the public can drop in to find out about homes available to rent and buy from Thirteen and other support services on offer by popping in for a coffee and a chat. 

David Ripley, executive director for customer services, said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming customers along to our new store. It marks part of our commitment to Hull and the employment opportunities we promised to create.   

“We know that customers value the opportunity to speak to us face-to-face about all things related to their home, tenancy and community and we’re excited to deliver a great customer experience in our new home.” 

The new store follows the opening of a temporary local pop-up store and in-person events for customers following an acquisition of 600 homes in the area from Clarion Housing Group in July 2021.  

David continued: "Our events and temporary store have been a huge success and have helped us to build relationships with our customers in Hull. We’re confident that we’ll deliver a great customer experience in our new home on Marfleet Lane.” 

The store opening days and times are initially: 

• Monday 9.30am to 2.30pm 
• Tuesday 9.30am to 2.30pm 
• Wednesday Closed 
• Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm 
• Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm 
• Saturday 9.30am to 2.30pm
