Mobile Touchpoint
We're hitting the road to help our customers
We’ve launched a brand new initiative based on customer feedback, which will give our customers and the local community easier access to speak to colleagues face to face.
The ‘mobile touchpoint’ will visit the communities we serve throughout the year, providing people with an opportunity to report repairs, provide feedback, discuss their tenancies, find a new home to rent or buy or receive employment support.
We will be popping up throughout the year in communities which aren’t within close proximity to a Thirteen store or a local community hub.
