Our dedicated Touchpoint team are here to help you when you need us. When you contact us on 0300 111 1000 we aim to answer your call within 5 minutes. When you email or contact us via social media we will aim to respond to you within 48 hours. (working days 8am - 7pm and 9am - 3pm Saturdays).

For emergency repairs and alarm calls only call the out of hours team on 0300 111 1000 between 7pm and 8am.
Paying rent and repairs
You can use the My Thirteen self-service website to pay your rent or book a repair or call us on 0300 111 1000.
