Support for young people
We want young people to live in safety and we offer support to help young people live independently.
We can support you in getting your own tenancy, learning the skills you need to manage and keep your home. We'll work with you to develop your support plan, which is personal to you and will set you on the right path to achieving your goals, as well as helping you overcome barriers so you can develop relationships that are important to you.
We'll give practical help such as budgeting and money management, offering you the chance to get into education, training and even paid employment.
We can also help and advise young people who are facing homelessness through our Key Step project for young people and the Young People's Service in Middlesbrough.
Even issues with your health, emotions or lifestyle don’t have to be a worry. We can help you with your mental health, alcohol, drug use and diet concerns. We can fully support you with a range of healthy lifestyle choices, as well as sexual health information.
If you need more help, we can put you in touch with specialist organisations as part of our commitment to supporting young people to live in safety and access the opportunities open to them.
Our services are for young people age 16-25. We give priority to care leavers and young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
