Touchpoint stores
We have a number of Touchpoint stores around the area that you can visit to get information about our services and carry out tasks such as paying your rent or reporting a repair on your home.
You can visit one of our Touchpoint stores to speak to an advisor about anything to do with your home or tenancy. You can also:

Where to find our Touchpoint stores
Middlesbrough
Our Middlesbrough Touchpoint store can be found at 52 Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough town centre, TS1 1RA. It is open from 9.30am to 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Stockton
Our Stockton Touchpoint store can be found at 145 Stockton High Street. It is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9.30am to 2.30pm. Find more details about the Stockton touchpoint store.
Hull
Our Touchpoint store in Hull can be found at 302 Marfleet Lane, Hull, HU9 5AQ. It is open 9.30am to 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The store is open for drop-in visits, but we recommend that you contact us before your visit to book an appointment wherever possible. You can make an appointment to see us face-to-face in store or for a virtual appointment online. To book an appointment, please email customerservices@thirteengroup.co.uk or call us on 0300 111 1000.
