• It is open from 9.30am to 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Stockton

Our Stockton Touchpoint store can be found at:

• 145 Stockton High Street, TS18 1LX.
• It is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9.30am to 2.30pm.

Our Touchpoint store in Hull can be found at:

• It is open 9.30am to 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Our Touchpoint pop up in Hartlepool can be found at:

• It is open 9.30am to 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Do I need to book an appointment?

The stores are open for drop-in visits, but we recommend that you contact us before your visit to book an appointment wherever possible.

You can make an appointment to see us face-to-face in store or for a virtual appointment online. To book an appointment, please email customerservices@thirteengroup.co.uk or call us on 0300 111 1000.
