Where you live is an important decision to make. At Westdale, you’ll find your home is at the heart of the Thornaby community and on the doorstep of its town centre. You’ll have access to excellent transport links, a range of supermarkets and retail shops, leisure centres and local schools.

Westdale is being developed where the Anson and Hudson tower blocks were previously located. We demolished the tower blocks, which are often viewed as unsightly and inaccessible, and used the land to create quality, much needed homes in the Stockton area.

The development is under construction and is due to be completed by summer 2024.

When the homes are close to being completed, you will be able to apply through Tees Valley Homes Finder. You will need to create an account to view the properties and apply.

We advise that you create your account and upload all relevant documentation before the properties are open for applications.
